Here are the most common questions I get before women apply for coaching
1. Do I need a home gym?
Not at all. Whether you have a full home gym, a few dumbbells, or no equipment at all, I'll build your program around what you have. I can also bring equipment when needed.
2. Do you travel to my home?
Yes. I travel to clients throughout Cary, Raleigh, and the surrounding areas, making it easier to stay consistent without driving to the gym.
3. Can my spouse or a friend train with me?
Absolutely. I offer both one-on-one and small group training for families, couples, friends, and neighbors who want to train together while sharing the cost.
4. What if I don't have much space?
Most workouts require very little space. A garage, spare room, driveway, or even a living room is often more than enough.
5. What happens if I need to cancel?
With a timely notice, we'll reschedule your session whenever possible. I understand that life happens.
6. Will I still receive nutrition coaching?
Yes. Every training package includes nutrition guidance, accountability, and ongoing coaching—not just workouts.
