I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition. Over the past 6+ years, I've helped 100+ women lose fat, build strength, and regain confidence through simple, sustainable habitsnot quick fixes.

I started CWE Fitness & Nutrition Coaching because I saw too many women working incredibly hard while following plans that weren't designed for real life.

 

Restrictive diets, endless cardio, and all-or-nothing thinking left them frustrated, overwhelmed, and starting over again.

My mission is simple: help women over 40 build strength, lose fat, and create healthy habits that fit their lifestyle—so they can feel confident for years to come.
