1. Do I need gym experience?
Not at all. Whether you've never touched a dumbbell or you've worked out for years, every session is tailored to your current fitness level. My job is to meet you where you are and help you progress safely.
2. What if I have an injury or chronic pain?
Many of my clients come to me with previous injuries, joint pain, or movement limitations. Every program is customized around your abilities, and exercises can be modified as needed to keep you progressing safely.
3. Do I have to follow a strict diet?
No. My coaching focuses on building sustainable habits—not restrictive meal plans. We'll create a nutrition approach that fits your lifestyle and helps you enjoy the foods you love while making progress.
4. What happens if I miss a session?
Life happens. If you provide a timely notice, we'll reschedule your session whenever possible. Extended time out results in next payment being discounted for time off. My goal is to keep you consistent, not punish you for having a busy life.
5. How quickly will I see results?
Everyone progresses differently, but most clients begin feeling stronger, more energized, and more confident within the first few weeks. Long-term success comes from consistency—not quick fixes.
